It is hands on, step by step instruction from a Wrestler who has been there, done that! Listen to him, he knows Exactly what it like and leads you through the business with fluid ease.
Respect his authority, he knows the ins and outs, and tells the truth! Bumps Hurt!, he says, and Yes, they do! But you get past it when you work in this Ring Sport.

As a Working PRO Wrestler on the Indy Circuit, I've been through training schools and Feds that have closed down, and it woulda been nice if I'd had Matt's reference book to inform me of the struggles I would face. It was like reading about my own early life in this business.
