(More customer reviews)I think these are the perfect winter shoe insole. The womens size 10 is Euro size 40 true to size. If you wear a 9.5 womens shoe, don't size down to the 9, definitely size up as these insoles do not run big.
The insoles are thin enough, and my feet are thin enough, that I fit them on top of my Ugg style boot insole for added padding and support. I like the superfeet insoles for warm weather shoes, but will stick with Pedag for the the winter.

The winter insole protects against cold and wet plus a full length orthotic foot bed. Solar Plus is extremely warm yet exceptionally thin.
