(More customer reviews)This book probably wouldn't be considered a great piece of literature, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. It's an espionage thriller not unlike the works of Clancy and Ludlum.
It tells a story about a covert agent named Kelly, who is killed, but in a freak of nature or act of God, comes back in his killer's body. This provides him with an inside track on terrorist plans allowing him and two hot women (his new wife Mariam and his boss Jane) thwart a couple deadly attacks.
It is fast moving, cleverly written and the characters are some of the most likeable I've come across. In fact Jane is my ideal woman. Too bad she's fiction. Speaking of Jane, I should point out there are a couple erotic scenes, but they are well done and fit right into the story, although I didn't think the first one did initially.
There is a finality to the story, but it appears to leave an opening for a sequel. If so they can count on me for one book.

Does Kelly Rogers have a relationship with The Almighty? One could interpret the fact he lives as corroboration of a Godly connection. Perhaps his survival is just an uncanny twist of fate, propelling him to be the greatest single fighter of world terrorism. Kelly begins to believe it - why shouldn't he? He was dead, practically cut in half by an assassin's bomb, but woke in the hospital as Saleem Rhamsy. Somehow, he now occupies the body of Rhamsy - his double-crossing Arab interpreter.Kelly, now by all appearances Saleem Rhamsy, is in the pre-eminent position to monitor the upcoming plans for terrorist events planned by the most active terrorist organizations and, as a bonus, inherits Rhamsy's former beauty queen wife, Mariam.Working for a secret unit of the CIA, Kelly and his superior, the indomitable Jane DeJong, go on to fight radical Muslim terrorists, a troublesome group of Neo-Nazis, and deal with the possibility of a nuclear bomb planted in a major American city.
