(More customer reviews)This is a very well written, enchanting book that I thoroughly enjoyed reading. It was light and entertaining, with humorous parts as well as serious ones, and the author is stunningly successful at placing the reader right into the life of the main character. The reader will experience the ups and downs of Madeleine, who is trying to find herself as a transplanted American living in Australia.
A great read; tender and poignant, yet full of zip!
