(More customer reviews)I had heal spurs and I couldn't even get out of bed in the morning. I also had a sore knee cap and with these heal cups ALL WAS HEALED! I have horrible flat feet and this was a true blessing. I still can't believe the knee pain is gone! I swear by these things! Got them for my wife and she is amazed on how she was able to wear her chuck converse for so long without pain. Totally awesome. If your not sure about this problem do some research for yourself on youtube.com and watch some videos. great product
