(More customer reviews)These Full Length Gel Insoles by Silipos provide an excellent cushion, but the high arch built into the gel was a bit too much. Cushoning at the heel is excellent. At the toe the thin layer of gel keeps your toes from getting squished. The high arch would not be acceptable if your shoe had an additional built in arch. Even without a shoe arch the Silipos was too much for me, causing some burning & soreness. I did give the product a 4 rating because I believe it to be a very good product, if the fit is right for you. Very durable.
