(More customer reviews)I ordered on the recommendation of a friend who found this item very helpful in healing plantar fasciiatis. It is ok for me, but I did not get the results that she did. They don't work in all shoes because it does raise your heal and that is not always comfortable with the cut of the shoe.
Still, if you have plantar fasciitas, like I do, it is worth a try as it might be your cure.
