(More customer reviews)These gel inserts are ok. I don't hate them, but.....they don't really "massage" like they claim. I bought these gel ones and I also bought the back pain relief ones. At least the back pain ones offer support. These gel ones are pretty thin. Better than nothing, but don't expect too much.
